Happy Birthday Christopher!!

My dearest brother-in-law is 50 this year. Absolutely a wonderful guy who is so helpful to everyone. He has help me raise my Chinese New Year sales. My kids absolutely adores their uncle 6 hundred. This is a cake baked specially for him. Fruit cake infused with Cordon Bleu.

Joash's 2nd birthday cupcakes

My girlfriend Joyce asked me to baked some cupcakes for her son's Joash 2nd birthday. She wanted hot choc with some trains and cars on it. So all the vehicles were handmade specially for him. I hope he enjoyed his day :)

Happy Chinese New Year!!

The time of the Tiger year is here once again. I've been very busy this year with a lot of baking orders and only completed it yesterday just before reunion dinner. I want to say a big thank you to those who have supported me and sorry to those that I couldn't take your orders due to time constrain.

Well, everyone got their goodies but I haven't got mine ready. Here are some rewarding pictures of the cupcakes that I have done for 2010 CNY. Hope you'll enjoy them :)

CNY cupcake toppers

The long awaited pictures are out. Sorry for the delay. So much things to do that I didn't have the time to post it. This are the designs of the cupcake toppers for Chinese New Year. All are handmade with love. Please note that I'll be changing the some background colors and going to add more details to the designs as well. This is just the basic without the frills yet. If you order, it is a mix of designs. I hope you understand due to many orders, I will mix and match the cupcakes myself to ensure a balance of colour and designs. Thanks!!

Tier cakes from $70 per kg (Buttercream and fresh cream)

3D Cakes from $80 per kg (Minimum size requirement applies)

3D Figurine $30 per figurine

• Please note that if a special doll is requested, customer have to pay an extra $20-$30 for it. eg. Ariel for Little Mermaid, Jasmine for Aladdin, Snow White, etc. This is subject to availability as well.

The time of the year is here again. Sweet smelling coming from the oven. Cookies and cupcakes baking. All orders are open now. Last orders will be on the 10th Feb 2010 (Wednesday). This is subjected to change so please do place your orders early to avoid any disappointment.

Self collect can be arranged at Toa Payoh MRT only. Orders below $80 will have a $8 charge for meet up at any other MRT stations. Free delivery for orders above $80 to one single location.

Mango Jelly Cheesecake

This is a beautiful heart shaped cheesecake. Decorated with fresh cut up mangoes as well as freshly pureed mango with cream cheese. Digestive base and Mango jelly to top it off. Birthday girl was happy with the cake. Just something simple minus all the cream and fuss

Naruto Tier Cake

I've been pretty busy for the festive season. Thus didn't have the time to upload the pictures. Here is a tiered suji cake requested by a special boy for his 8th birthday. All figurines were provided by him.

My rainbow M & M cupcakes

I made 4 batches of rainbow cupcakes today. The color is absolutely beautiful. Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red and Purple colours with M&Ms chocolate in between and on the top of the cuppies. Didn't put icing on them as kids preferred them with the M&Ms. Enjoyed the process thoroughly. Pictures will be up once I've downloaded them.

Out of town
